Sizing

Most knitwear follows a classic European fit. Check the size options on each product page, then use our size guide for how to measure. If you are between sizes, write to us with your usual size and preferred fit — we will advise.

Why is each colour a separate product?

We list every colour as its own card so you see the right photos, price and availability for that shade — not a mixed gallery. Sibling colours of the same model stay nearby in search and collections.

Shipping from Mongolia

We ship to the EU, UK, Switzerland and Norway. Standard delivery is 7–14 business days. Shipping is €9.90, free on orders over €199. Orders are packed within 1–2 business days; you get a tracking number by email.

Customs and VAT

EU prices include VAT where applicable. Outside the EU (for example UK, Switzerland, Norway), any customs duties or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn items with tags, under EU consumer rules. Email hello@oyucashmere.com to start a return. Full details: Shipping & Returns.

Care and washing

Hand wash cold or dry clean; lay flat to dry; store folded. Full guide: Cashmere care.

Materials

Our core edit is 100% Mongolian cashmere. Blend pieces (for example cashmere–silk) are labelled clearly on the product page.
