Shipping

• We ship from Mongolia to the EU, UK, Switzerland and Norway.
• Standard delivery: 7–14 business days.
• Shipping cost: €9.90, free on orders over €199.
• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Once your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email.

Returns

• 14-day return window from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
• Contact us at hello@oyucashmere.com to start a return.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
• Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Customs and duties

All prices for EU customers include VAT where applicable. For orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees.
