We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Conditions for return
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Item must be returned in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
How to return

- We will provide return instructions and a return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Test and pre-order purchases
Some early purchases may be part of a limited test or pre-order phase. If your order is part of a test, we will clearly communicate this before checkout and offer a full refund if you choose not to proceed.
